  • Confit Duck Leg Terrine - À la Grecque pears, toasted fresh bread from our in-house bakery, wild mushrooms
  • Oak-Smoked Salmon - Wasabi yoghurt, rocket and rye bread
  • Shallot Tart - Slow-braised shallots, glazed Welsh goat’s cheese, herb and balsamic glaze

Main course

  • Rarebit-glazed Cod - Thyme crushed potatoes, creamed leeks, sauce vierge, and herb purée
  • Traditional Roast Turkey - Dark meat confit, apricot, sausage, chestnut & sage stuffing, cranberry jus
  • Butternut Squash Risotto - Sage foam
  • 24 Hour Braised Beef - Black bomber mash, roast carrots, wilted greens, brains beer gravy

  • Walnut Parfait - Caramelised clementine, dark chocolate sorbet
