  • Pan fried sea bream, braised baby gem lettuce, mangetout and fennel
  • Butter poached chicken, parmesan gnocchi, broccoli, tomato jus
  • Rump of lamb, asparagus, rainbow chard, asparagus and wild garlic velouté (£5.00 supplement)
  • Green vegetable tagliatelle, Pant-ys-Gawn, mint pesto (V)
