Starters

  • French onion soup, garlic and Gruyère croûte
  • Smoked salmon, fennel salad, sweet mustard vinaigrette
  • Grilled honey glazed goats’ cheese, pine nuts and courgettes
  • Watermelon, avocado, mozzarella and chorizo salad

Mains

  • Herb crusted fillet of hake, baby leeks, lemon crushed potato, saffron sauce
  • Roast chicken breast, fregola pasta, green beans, chicken and balsamic reduction sauce
  • Beef and mushroom Kyiv, chive potato purée, baby spring vegetables, red wine jus
  • Curry spiced cauliflower steak, lentil dhal, tomato, cucumber and red onion salad

Desserts

  • Raspberry mille-feuille, raspberry sorbet
    (layers of crisp puff pastry discs, fresh raspberries, crème pâtissèrie)
  • Chocolate mousse, biscuit crumble, passion fruit sauce
  • Crêpe Suzette with cinnamon, cardamom and star anise ice cream (Gueridon service)
  • Vacherin, mixed berries, Chantilly cream
