- Leek and potato soup, crispy leeks finished with a paprika oil (V)
- Potted king prawn and crab meat served with crispy sourdough
- Prosciutto, honey roasted figs, crumbled stilton and rocket salad finished with olive oil and balsamic glaze

Mains
- Turkey Paupiettes filled with sage and onion stuffing, wrapped in bacon, served with pigs in blankets, goose fat roast potatoes, roast carrots, parsnip and buttered sprouts, rich turkey gravy
- Pan roasted duck breast served with Parmenter potatoes, mange tout, almond kale and a rich red wine raspberry jus
- Pan seared sea bass, cherry tomatoes, green beans, roasted new potatoes and a lemon butter sauce
- Creamy pea and basil risotto, topped with fresh pea shoots (V)
