  • Smoked duck pastrami, orange & red cabbage slaw
  • Mackerel pate, soused cucumber, dill, brioche toast

  • Turkey breast, sage & onion, pigs in blankets, duck fat roast potatoes, turkey gravy
  • Butternut squash, chestnut mushroom & cranberry wellington (V, VE)
  • Sirloin/ silverside, duck roast potato, Yorkshire pudding, beef gravy
  • Pan seared sea bream, Jerusalem artichoke, green bean, mustard & tarragon sauce
  • Spiced butterbusquash risotto, tosted pumpkins seeds (V, VE)
