Starters
- Smoked Salmon, parsnip puree, caper and raisin vinaigrette finished with rocket and crispy capers (GF)
- Sweet and sticky Asian chicken thighs, pak choi
- Carrot and sweetcorn fritters toasted pumpkin seed, and a coconut, mint and lemon dip (Ve)
Mains
- Pan roasted salmon, rich tomato sauce, parmentier potatoes, mange tout and Mediterranean vegetables
- Pan fried chicken supreme with a rich truffle sauce, potato gratin and green beans
- Braised savoy cabbage, creamy rosemary polenta, roasted chickpeas and a red pepper pesto (Ve)
- Welsh lamb, mint and Gower power ale pie served with mash, tender stem broccoli and gravy (£7.00 supplement)
Desserts
- Mini homemade Belgian waffles served with Welsh vanilla ice cream and dulche leche sauce and fresh strawberries
